John Bennett "Johnny" Williams

Mr. John Bennett “Johnny” Williams, 59, of Graham died June 12 at UNC Hospitals.

Johnny was the son of the late Carroll and Shirley Williams of Graham. He was the owner of J.B. Williams & Associates, Inc. Insurance Agency in Gibsonville and was a member of the N. C. Insurance Association.

Survivors include his daughter, Brooke Williams; brother, Kenneth Williams; and special relatives, Ann Warren, Jane Wilson and Marie Dodson. In addition, Johnny is survived by three very close and loving friends, Charles Moore, Aaron Slyter and Chase Brooks. Johnny will be remembered as “the greatest father in the world” and the best cook and entertainer his family and friends had.

A memorial service will be held Monday, June 19 at 3:00 p.m. at Cedar Cliff United Methodist Church by Pastor Jimmy Wooten.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Johnny may be made to Cedar Cliff United Methodist Church, 4683 Cedar Cliff Road, Graham, NC  27253.
