Jeff Willard Agnew, Sr.

Mr. Jeff Willard Agnew, Sr., 69, of Burlington went to be with the Lord on February 11, 2018 after several months of failing health. He retired from Flynt Amtex after 35 years. He was a U. S. Army Veteran having served in the Vietnam War. Jeff enjoyed working on cars, watching old westerns, and fishing. He was a jack of all trades and a dedicated family man.

Jeff leaves behind his wife, Donna Paschal Agnew of 38 years; two children, Jeff Agnew, Jr. (Heather) and Kayla Agnew Wright (Brian); three granddaughters, Courtney and Kailyn Agnew and Briar Roten; one grandson, Sawyer Wright; brother, Norman Agnew (Rose); sister, Ella Montgomery (Billy); and sisters-in-law, Linda Agnew and Doris Agnew.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Ruth Agnew; brothers, C.H., Ronnie and Henry Agnew; and sister, Treva Daniels.

The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. John Wicker with the family receiving friends from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
