Boyd Lynn Wilson

Boyd Lynn Wilson, 67, of Burlington, died Sunday, September 17, 2017 at the Hospice Home in Burlington.

A native of Alamance County, Mr. Wilson was the son of the late Percy Garrett Wilson and the late Savena B. Wilson

Mr. Wilson was an automobile body repairman.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his daughter, Jo Lynn “Jodi” Wilson and her husband, Roger of Efland; seven grandchildren, Chelsie Matherly and her husband, Nick, Gracelyn Pope, Avery Pope, Maddie Belle Pope, Bradley Wilson, Ethan Robertson and Gage Wilson; a great-granddaughter, Rowen Matherly and a sister, Carol Thomas and her husband, Jerry.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by a son, Christopher “Chris” Bradley Wilson.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 19 at 3:00 pm in Kinnett Memorial Baptist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Don Pegg.

The family will receive friends after the service.
