Bettie Lou Ridge Robertson

Bettie Lou Ridge Robertson, 82, of Graham died at Alamance Healthcare Center on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 7:50 a.m.

A native of Davidson County, she was the wife of Stuart Robertson, who survives and the daughter of
R. W. Ridge and Vivian Kiger Ridge, both deceased. Mrs. Robertson worked in accounting for Collins and Aikman and retired from Burlington Industries. She was an avid sports fan. She loved the UNC Tar Heels and watching her grandchildren play sports. Bettie held the record for the most points scored in a high school basketball game. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Graham and the Eastern Star.

In addition to her husband of the home, survivors include two sons, Craig Robertson and wife Jonna of Gibsonville and Dale Robertson of Graham; four grandchildren, LeeAnna Robertson and fiancé Michael Myers, John Robertson, Matthew Robertson and wife Chelsea and Michael Robertson; one great-grandchild, Lucas Robertson; brother, Robert Ridge and wife Melinda of Thomasville; sister-in-law, Yvonne Ridge of Archdale; and brother-in-law, Tom Gaddy and wife Pam of Florence, SC. She was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Ridge Gaddy and a brother, Kenneth Ridge.

A memorial service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. by Rev. E. Reid Dickens with the family receiving friends from 1:45 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service. At other times they will be at the residence.
