I am blessed to have been included in Dr. Nicola's family. I will always remember how quick with a smile Dr. Nicola was. I'll never forget how interesting his home office was with all kinds of museum like pieces in it. I enjoyed so many great conversations with Dr. and Mrs. Nicola not to mention the best food in the world and Dr. Nicola was always in good spirits and laughing. A true gentleman, devoted father and husband, he experienced an incredibly blessed life. We rang our church bell 91 times in honor of Dr. Nicola on November 10th and just as the 91st 'gong' sounded, the train whistle blew full steam as it went through our small town!
